With the vision to become one of the Leading, Excellent and Reliable logistics solutions, distribution and technical support services providers in the country, Cynnyx Sdn Bhd was formed in April 2001 as a company primarily dealing with value-added third party logistics solutions and services; as well as established itself as a reputable distributor for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) products in local market through offering a broad range of quality ICT products from the industry's most well-known and respected names.

Cynnyx's value-added third party logistics solutions andservices offering the warehousing, transportation, logistics and fulfillment services to major well-established and reputable clients in the country whereas the company has also transformed itself into a distribution company offering quality and reliable ICT products, providing competent and cost effective services with technology-driven and solutions-based approaches to its management and business operations. With the incorporation of its subsidiary company; Anda Services Network Sdn Bhd was all set to render its services to the nation's growing need for efficient, convenient and easily accessible technology-related services, thus extending a higher profile to the business portfolio of Cynnyx group of companies.

OUR NETWORK
In line with the commitment to provide the best coverage for its business, to date Cynnyx group has set up 18 branch offices at major cities/towns in Malaysia. They are Penang, Ipoh, Alor Setar, Butterworth, Sitiawan and Taiping in the northern region of the Peninsular Malaysia; Johor Bharu, Melaka, Seremban, Kluang and Batu Pahat for the coverage in the southern region; Kuantan, Kota Bahru, Kuala Terengganu and Temerloh in the east coast corridor; total made up of 15 branches in West Malaysia. Whereas Miri, Kuching in Sarawak and Kota Kinabalu in Sabah representing the presence of Cynnyx group in East Malaysia. More aggressive plans to continue expanding its branch offices will be put into projection of the company plans in the near future, that include setting up branch and representative offices in other strategic locations in Gua Musang, Tanjung Malim, Kemaman, Kuala Lipis, Raub, Semagat and in East Malaysia such as Sibu, Sandakan, Tawau and Bintulu. Apart from the impressive branch network coverage, Cynnyx group has set up a database of over 2,000 dealers, resellers, retailers, services partners and installers contributing and associated to the group's business.

OUR MANAGEMENT & STAFF PROFILE
Cynnyx group is steered by experienced entrepreneurs, managed by a team of experienced managers and staffed by a team of dedicated and experienced personnel. The management team is steered by its Group Managing Director, Mr. KC Goh, who is also well-accepted and acknowledged as one of the respected and aggressive entrepreneurs in the domestic ICT industry.

To date, the group employs more than 100 employees throughout the nation, consisting of a group of dedicated employees and balanced wealth of experiences in respective field. These include in the sales and marketing, product management and planning, telemarketing and customer services as the front-end forces and through the backbone supports from finance & administration, information systems, logistics & warehousing, technical services and procurement forces.
